Our support process starts when we receive an alert from a patient, where we will have the appropriate team on standby.

After we hear of the alert, we act quickly to ensure the correct staff are on hand to deal with the individual request.

We know each case is individual, so we ensure to follow the correct procedure depending on the needs of the individual.

Ongoing Support

We are on hand to support the patient & their family after the event, ensuring their safety & wellbeing is maximised.
